I started studying Astrology back in 1980, mostly because I wanted to understand my own chart. Before long I was reading for friends, then friends of friends, until I eventually ran out of people to practice on.

In 1990 I bought my first MS‑DOS computer and discovered an astrology software company that was just getting started. I connected with them, began using their programs, and stayed with them all the way to today.

Now it's 2026. I'm retired, a little bored, and realized it was the perfect time to return to what I've always loved. So, I started Astrology by James, bringing together decades of experience, intuition, and the same curiosity that started it all.

And here I am — doing what I was meant to do.
